Smoked Maple Salmon

 

A delightful dish that's not only easy to make but will give you a standing ovation at your dinner table. Succulent Salmon, smoked with hickory, cherry and apple wood and then infused with maple. Unbelievable.

What you need:

  1. Gas or Wood Grill

  2. Chunks of Hickory, Apple and/or Cherry Wood

  3. Fresh Salmon Fillet

  4. Salt (Plain, Sea or Kosher)

  5. Garlic Powder

  6. Pure Maple Syrup

  7. Beer (Optional)


Prep Time: 5:00 minutes

Cooking Time: half hour
