•Gas or Wood Grill
•Chunks of Hickory, Apple and/or Cherry Wood
•Fresh Salmon Fillet
•Salt (Plain, Sea or Kosher)
•Garlic Powder
•Pure Maple Syrup
•Beer (Optional)
